Salford City FC Foundation is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Women & Girls Development Manager.
As our Women & Girls provision continues to expand, we’re looking for an ambitious and passionate individual to lead the strategic development of our female football programmes, creating more opportunities for girls and young women to engage, develop and thrive through football.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across our Women & Girls programmes, overseeing the Girls Emerging Talent Centre (ETC), KeepHers in Partnership with Mary Earps, Girls Development Centres and future Change Makers initiatives, while supporting the continued growth of female football across the Foundation.
Working closely with Salford City FC, The FA, Manchester FA, schools and community partners, the role will focus on developing high-quality football opportunities, creating clear player pathways and ensuring every participant enjoys a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment.
This full-time position is based in Salford, working 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £30,000–£32,000.
We’re seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about developing women’s and girls’ football and shares our commitment to improving lives through sport, education and community engagement. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and committed to delivering outstanding experiences for every participant.
